Benjamin J. Fischer received a J.D. degree from the Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He received his B.B.A. from Hofstra University with a major in management and a minor in political science. Since college, Mr. Fischer has been involved with several community volunteer organizations and held elective office within these organizations. Mr. Fischer spent several years working for Congressman James H. Scheuer and continues to maintain an interest in, and involvement with, local politics.

During his legal career, Mr. Fischer has worked for firms practicing general law, collection law, and consumer rights law. With his current firm, Mr. Fischer has re-focused on general practice.

For his work and community services and achievements, Mr. Fischer received a citation from the New York State Assembly, has been mentioned in the Congressional Record, and was inducted into the International Who's Who of Professionals. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists, and the International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists.
