Benjamin J. Fischer received a J.D. degree from the Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He received his B.B.A. from Hofstra University with a major in management and a minor in political science. Since college, Mr. Fischer has been involved with several community volunteer organizations and held elective office within these organizations. Mr. Fischer spent several years working for Congressman James H. Scheuer and continues to maintain an interest in, and involvement with, local politics.
During his legal career, Mr. Fischer has worked for firms practicing general law, collection law, and consumer rights law. With his current firm, Mr. Fischer has re-focused on general practice.

Luis A. Pagan received his J.D. degree from Inter American University of Puerto Rico. Being fluent in both English and Spanish, Mr. Pagan has established himself as an attorney in both New York and Puerto Rico, maintaining offices in Suffolk County and Puerto Rico. His specialties include criminal defense, personal injury, family law, immigration, and discrimination.
